The Frustration!

I have finally been able to sign into my blog again after trying to sign in for about two hours last night. According to Google, I am supposed to change my background information to a new Google account. They obviously don't want it to be easy to to do or they wouldn't write such badly written and incomplete instructions. For some reason, most internet sites give out information only in the most incomplete and cryptic a form as possible. Some sites have no way for users to get help at all.
